Transfer modes?? Adding to imported jpegs and using transitions?
Hi,
I am trying to add a screen effect to an imported jpg image but it won’t let me do it?
The image is greyscale and 1650×1104 if that makes a difference.
I am also having problems with dissolves on video layers with transfer modes applied. The transition goes to white or black depending on what the mode is. How can I make a smooth transition?
Any help would be great. Thanks

What version of Premiere Pro are you using? Also, can you post a sample clip, so that we can try to re-produce the issues you are seeing? Also, try to reduce the dimensions of the image to see if that helps.
