Tram 50B Lavalier mic does not work with PC sound card
Greetings. My Tram 50B Lavalier mic works fine with the video camera but there is no sound when I plug the 3.5 mm pin into my PC sound card. Do I need something thing to power the mic or how can I make it work? The mic has no battery. It is a tiny mic. Thanks so much in advance for any help.

It needs a 1.5v dc power to work. Your camera must be delivering this, but your pc soundcard wont be. Im sure an email to https://www.trammicrophones.com tech support will tell you what you can get to power it externally.
Other than that – cant you plug the camera in and use it as a bridge?
