Training for a freelance position
Hello all,
I have been a hobbyist editor for several years and now I am currently under consideration for a position at a fairly large social media company as a content editor. My technical knowledge is is well-founded enough but I’d like to get a better grasp of best practices and more efficient workflows for doing professional work. Currently I’m giving myself a refresher in asset management, color correction, and motion graphics but I am wondering if anyone can point me to resources as to optimizing my turnaround time and producing work up to professional standards. The company will train me for producing their content after I pass my next interview, but I want to go into this as prepared as possible.
Thanks!
