I’m going to start editing a movie like Traffic, the “hyperlink” plot line, where all characters are connected and affect each other in different ways that they are unaware of.

What would be the most efficient way to do this? Let’s say I have three characters, named Tom, Dick and Harry. Should I create a sequence for each character and edit their entire sequence and then make a master sequence where I can cut and dice all the stories together.

    thank you

You’re the editor or you’re the director?

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”
