This question is about trademark.
Sort of newbie here …I know that a trademark protects elements of marketing, such as a logo, a slogan, a symbol or a well-known characteristic against infringement.
I`m wondering: Can a title become a trademark. Like a title in a line.

No but phrases can be copyrighted.

A trademark refers to the “mark” under which an entity does “trade” aka business; compnay name, logo’s, etc. Anything else is something else like copyright.
