    hello

    i have a footage with black background and a person

    one of the shots contain nudity so i want to cover it with black paint

    but the person in the footage is moving
    so how to cover and track the paint

    Make a black solid. Mask it so it’s the shape you want and apply any effects to get it to look the way you want as it covers the person’s naughty bits.
    Create a null layer.
    Select your original footage layer. Track the motion (look in the help files for how to do this). Find a part on the person to track, such as their belly button, nipples, or something. It’ll depend on the shot what would be the best thing to track. You may even be able to track the genitalia itself. Apply the motion track to the null layer.
    Parent the covering layer to the null layer.

    That should do the trick.
