    Hi all,

    caused by the very good afx tracker, i need to write a script to import combustion or shake tracking data. could anyone help me how to get start with it. thx a lot & greetings

    what does the shake or combustion data look like?
    Can you export it to a text-file there and upload a sample.

    If that’s in a legible format, it shouldn’t be too hard to parse it and convert it to keyframes with a script.

    Try to copy some keyframes in AE, then paste them in a text-editor.
    Put the two textfiles side by side.
    You can figure out pretty easy what the differences are between them and by copying some lines from one to the other and find/replacing some commas etc. you’ll have a text you can copy paste back into AE. with the correct values.
