    Hi

Does AE 8 have a good tracking “tool” that allows GREAT stabalization? I need to put video in a TV set that is not stable and moving a little bit from left to right. I had some problems a few years ago w/ AE 6 so I’m wondering if this is now possible? I recently purchased the new AE so I haven’t really fiddled w it…

I really appreciate the help! Thanks a bunch!

it sounds like the tracking tools in AE would be more than capable of doing this … so long as the TV has some clear tracking points (like maybe the corners where the tv glass meets the edge?)

… keep in mind though, to get a good track you need to spend a bit of time getting it right .. spend a bit more time fixing any little imperfections, and some more time making a convincing composite … there is never (or very rarely) a one-click solution …

AE8 is better at putting things into TVs (as long as they are rectangular. If not, you can always try Mocha.
