    Hello,

Does anyone know how to do top and tail trim edits in Final Cut Pro 7? I can set in and out points and do a ripple delete (Shift + X) but that removes all tracks and not just the selected tracks. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

One way is to lock the tracks you don’t want to remove. Any other ways?

    Thanks,
    Victor

Yes…do a LIFT delete. Press the DELETE key. This will remove the sections between your IN and OUT points, and only on the tracks you have autoselected.
