Activity Forums Adobe After Effects Expressions toCompVec issues

    I’ve created a cube with the following script placed in each side’s Opacity property.

    Angle = toCompVec([0, 0, 1])[2];
    if (Angle>20)
    ease(Angle,1000,-1500,0,100)
    else
    0

    The idea is to have the sides fade in and out, conditional on their angle towards the Camera.

    The problem is that the Top and Bottom sides are not affected by the script due to their orientation towards the Camera.

    TIA

    I found another Expression using a totally different strategy to solve my issue.

    Cheers
