  To decrease gradually in the sound Soundbooth?

  I edit a podcast and I'm crazy to know that.

  Must start in the music get high, Then decrease gradually until it becomes baixinha, And then go up again.

  Anyone know how to explain this in Soundbooth CS3? Would be very grateful
