  Title Tool keeps disappearing in PPCC2014

  I’ve never had this before – when I double click on the title in my project to edit it, that action would normally open up the titler tool.
  However now when I double click – sometimes (about ten times today) it gets swallowed up and I can’t seem to open the title tool for love nor money. When I change the window layout it appears again.
  Is anyone else having this problem?
  Any workarounds?
