Title 3Ds shifting position with progect update!!
Since I upgraded to FCP 5 I have been noticing that when I open an old project from FCP4 and I get that box that asks to first update the project (I always click YES) then when it asks me to change the Motion Quality Settings I select BEST, the Title 3D graphic in the project are all shifted in position. The Leading or Kerning I applied before are disreguarded and I can’t seem to fix it either. I need to totally re-create the graphic to fix the problem, the origional is permantly messed up.
Is this just a bug that needs to be fixed or is there some setting I’m missing? (My FCP5 sequence preset is set to Best Motion Quality) Should I select “Normal” or “Fastest” insted? Should I not select the delete old render files box?
BTW…the new and improved motion FX aren’t all that great, would’nt you agree?
