Tip: Keyword shortcuts conflict with mission control shortcuts
This is a silly one, but easily fixed. Keyword shortcuts of cntl+1 and cntl+2 won’t work in fcpx/lion until you either change them in FCPX or the easier way, by going to system prefs/keyboard. Then select the ‘keyboard shortcuts’ tab and uncheck ‘switch to desktop 1 and switch to desktop 2’. Using two fingers on the mouse accomplishes nearly the same thing more easily anyways.
Didn’t see this on the cow anywhere so just adding it for future users.
