Timewarp in v. 7
I’m trying to play some footage, then have it freeze on the last frame. Timewarp doesn’t seem to allow this like Time remapping does, but I can’t use both of them at the same time. I want to use Timewarp b/c it does such a great job of easing footage to a stop.

well, you could have it ease to a stop and then you could export the last frame as an image and then put that at the end of the “eased” footage.

Try controlling Timewarp by the frame number instead of speed percentage. That should do it.
