Timeline scroll-bars gone
There’s a black strip where the timeline scrollbar/zoom used to be. The vertical one is also gone. Tried toggling “show timeline at top” and restarting, etc.

Here’s a couple of options for you:
1. Go into the Window’s THEMES and change back to the default one.
2. Go to Options – Preferences in Vegas and turn off “Themes Support”
