    Hi everyone,
    simple question:
Can I set the timeline lenght?
After editing my project some clips are deleted but the timeline length remain the same.
When exporting the result is a clip with my editing and after a lot of black until the end of timeline.
How can I reduce the timeline length to fit the editing duration?
    Thanks

Sounds like you may have a clip there at the end. Even if it’s only one frame it’ll keep it’s position in the timeline. Otherwise, the timeline length changes to however long your sequence is.

Try using the timeline index to find the clip that’s hanging around at the end.

Sounds like you have a slug roadkill laying about in the timeline.

You may have gaps (black sections) left on the end timeline – if that is the case, just click on them and delete them. You may not see them at first, as they look like the empty timeline. The appear when you remove clips from the timeline in certain ways, like lifting off a clip, and then deleting it. If this is what’s going on, it is not the length of the timeline that needs to be shortened. Good Luck.
