Timeline / Blade problem
I have a sequence I’m trying to color-correct. I don’t have the original files that made up the sequence, however; I only have the uncompressed, exported QT video. In order divide the sequence into clips, I am using the Blade.
Here is my problem: When I add the Color Correct filter to a clip I’ve created, the filter is not only applied to the clip itself, but to the first frame following the clip. When I try to fix this by applying the filter to that frame, then the reverse problem occurs: The last frame of the clip is lacking the attributes of the filter.
Is there a way to cut the clips within a video file in the timeline so that this doesn’t happen?

If you are using the playhead to define where your out point is, go left one frame before splicing your out.
