    AE CS4.

Somehow I managed to change the timeline to, I believe, timecode? (0050+00). How do I change it back to frames?

Must have happened when I experimented with the bpc setting. My bad…

    Thanks.

Go to File > Project Settings.

In the pop-up, switch to the Time Display Tab and change the radio button back. At least that’s how you do it in AE CC, I think it was the same in CS4

You can also do it by control+clicking the timecode in the timeline panel (cmd+click on Mac). Same as Graham, I THINK that was how to do it in CS4, but it’s been a loooooooong time.
