    Hi Khusoiry.

    First apply the timecode generator to your clip.
    Next open your clip in the Viewer.
    Then click on the Filters tab.
    Finally change the Hour Offset from 0 to 10.

    Like any filter, apply it to the clip, then double click to load into the viewer, then change the parameters in the filter tab of the viewer.
