  Timecode Entry from FCP

  Hi There,
  I do a lot of mastering out in FCP but have recently made the switch to premiere pro.
  I am missing the timecode entry feature where you can move a defined number of frames but hitting + – or = on the numpad,
  The buttons appear to have the same effect in PP, but when you have entered a new number and hit enter; it nothing moves!!
  Can anyone advice what I may be doing wrong here? Surely this is a feature that comes standard?
