Timecode effect problems… CS5.5
Timecode seems to not be working in Premiere Pro 5.5 — looks like it was a bug that was supposed to be squashed in 5.5.2 — but we’re still getting it. Running 10.6.8 — and it is happening on two computers.
Dug through the forums, didn’t seem to find any way to fix it — our team over here is thinking it might be a font problem — Helvetica is installed. Has anyone in Premiere pro CS5.5 successfully fixed this problem?

What if u deselect the symbol box and change the frame rate selection?

Our IT department contacted Adobe — they promised to get back to us in 24-48 hours — we still haven’t heard anything back.
If anyone from Adobe out there can get ahold of me to contact our IT lead — it would be very helpful.
