    Hey All,

I’ve recently attached time remapping to a pre-composed layer and set up two key frames in my script. My question now is I have a 30 second video and i’m trying to mimic the functionality of dragging a key frame (ex. from 27 seconds to 1 second) in the GUI which would stretch a section of the animation from taking 3 seconds to complete to taking 29 seconds for the animation complete. Since im trying to set up automation I would like to do this in my script and not in the GUI but I cannot seem to find any documentation on how to do this.

Any help or examples would be very appreciated

    Thanks

You cannot change the time of a keyframe directly with scripting; instead, you must add a new keyframe at the time you want with the value you want and remove the other keyframe.

Thanks for the writeup and explanation, I was completely overthinking the situation.
