  time remapping

  Just a quick question, I watched Andrew Kramer’s time remapping tutorial and after some practice I went and shot one on my own. It was working well till I noticed that the subject that I froze, after about 3 sec of freese time thier foot and only thier foot would progress a frame then go back. Or at least move. Any ideas why that would happen? I did everything the tutorial said.
