  • Time remap jumping when easing keyframes

I am trying to time remap in After Effects 7. I am speeding up various sections of a 50fps PAL clip. Whenever the clip goes back into slow motion (the original PAL 50fps) it jumps back and then catches up again to itself in a matter of frames like a little glitch. This is when I have made the keyframe a gradual change in speed by CTRL-clicking on the keyframe. This glitch does not appear when ram-rendering but when I render to a movie or even a JPEG sequence this happens on all of my eased keyframe parts. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks.

Hard to say whats causing the problem, especially when it doesn’t appear on ram preview.

anyway, try to turn on the FrameBlending, or simply replace TimeRemap with Timewarp and try using PixelMotion as a method of rendering.
