Does anyone know where I can find a time lapse of a street (or just a lot of people moving in a general direction) from a stationary pedestrian’s POV. I’m making a short intro for a series of interviews, it will consist of a time lapsed shot of a street with people (or something similar) and an interviewee who happens to be an amateur magician (pretty good, too) shooting cards from one hand to the other in front of a blue/green screen, and he’ll be composited on top of the time lapse. If time permits, I’ll record a couple of other people walking past the blue screen and composite them on top of the interviewee to give it a more realistic feel. I think it’ll look pretty cool.

I can film my own time lapse, but it would be more difficult and it would have to be from my school, as I live in a town with little pedestrian traffic.

    Any recommendations?

17″ Gateway CRT + secondary 15″ ZDS (slow as christmas when I use it, though)

We don’t have an active downtown, and it’s not a school project, it’s just something we’re (we being a friend and I) doing for our other friends.

If I couldn’t find a suitable one on the internet, I was going to time-lapse the halls at school, and I’ve been trying to figure out a good spot where no one would see a camera but it would still look good. Because if people saw it, there’s no telling what I might find on tape.

    Thanks for the help.
