  Time Lapse creates Vertical Lines

  I have been shooting sunsets and using Control>Drag to create a Time Lapse effect in Vegas 8. Every time I bounce down, I see slight vertical lines appearing ovet the entire image. I have tried using “Smart Resample” and “Disable Resample” to the same effect…

  Any ideas?
