time flicker?
Posted by Jeremy Webb on January 11, 2006 at 10:57 pmi thought there was an effect call time>flicker. but i think i must be thinking of fcp. so how do i make an image turn on and off at an interval?

I did a tutorial on making a TV screen, and in it I cover making a flickering white bar – maybe that will help you, since it uses 3 keyframes and an expression to make it flicker – takes a minute to set up, if even that. You can easily adapt it to your footage.
