Time compressing
I sure need advice for a problem that I can’t figure out. I’m trying to speed up a short imported audio file into Audition 2018 while preserving the audio pitch. Speed up timing is perfect, but I cannot see how to preserve pitch so I get the mickey mouse sound.
Any help would be much appreciated.

you could use effects time and pitch-stretch and pitch process, click stretch box.

Hi Chris. Audition has a great way to do this by just highlighting a track and move it left for compress and right for stretch – both with auto pitch correction. Video below, but I cannot find the tab that you have to highlight. It’s maddening.
If you can locate that crazy tab, please let me know.
