Tight Deadline!! FCP 6 to HDCam SR question
Going to tape from final cut pro 6 HDCam SR deck is adding an extra frame of black at the end. If anybody can shed some light on this will be much appreciated.

What capture card? Not that it matters much…I had the same issue with FCP 6. Which is why I couldn’t do a reliable INSERT EDIT, unless I went all the way to the commercial break (black)…or all the way until the end. But that was an earlier FCP 6…are you updated to 6.0.6?

Using Final cut pro 6.0.6. We have a 45 minute program and our insert is at 20 minutes in did you ever find another solution for the issue. Thank You so much for the speedy reply

Again…what capture card are you using? This for me was solved by updating to FCP 6.0.6, and the latest version of my capture card software. At the time I was running an AJA KONA 3…forget the software version of that one..

Yeah were just gonna digitize the entire program, insert & relay back to tape. We wud appreciate anyone ele’s input on this issue. thank you all for your help
