three small questions
Having used Vegas 10 for just a few months, there are three issues I am encountering, none monumental or much of an obstacle to work, except for the time it takes to wonder about them, but I would still like to know the answers:
1) media bin ordering. When you create new media bins, the new bins appear in the project media window top to bottom in the order created. I know that bins can be nested within other bins, but is there a way to re-order the root list of bins, say, alphabetically, for example?
2) those triangle color codes. The little triangle markers (they must have a proper name) that appear at the corners of events are dark blue, light blue, or transparent. The meanings of the colors must be somewhere in the documentation, but I have not found it, and each theory I develop about them seems to get defeated by subsequent experience. Not knowing this does not seem to have impeded me, but I’d kind of like to know.
3) trimmer history. After clearing the trimmer history by zapping it with that lightning bolt icon and working further and saving my project, if I exit Vegas and later reopen the project, the trimmer history has reverted to a much earlier trimmer history, that is, not the history from after the last clear, but the history from way back when before the first clear. Is this a glitch?
