Just a note for anyone considering the purchase of an AJA…
This afternoon I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Steve from AJA…I had a concern that my “big I/O” was not operating properly after a freelancer had used my suite last weekend. Steve ran through everything in a logical way but we couldn’t find the problem…finally he said “Try This”…
I won’t tell you what the actual problem was cause I feel like an idiot (had nothing to do with the I/O) but suffice it to say “AJA tech support ROCKS”!
I was told the tech support was awesome when I was considering AJA…and now I know it’s true!
I’ll be purchasing a KONA 3 very soon…I’m a lifer!
