This doesn’t make any sense…
I always render before I got to bed, so when I check my multiprocessing tab, it says that I’ll only be using 2(TWO) cores when I have previously been using 8. Why did it change? I didn’t change any system components or do anything in my BIOS it doesn’t make any sense as to why it would change. Can someone help me?

Can you post a screenshot, please, so we can see what you see?
The number of cores that will be used is highly dependent on RAM. Ae will not start a render instance unless it can get enough free RAM from the system to satisfy the minimum requirement you specify in Memory & Multiprocessing preferences.

I found the issue. When you open up the multiprocessing tab while media encoder is open, it will change the number. Thanks.
