third party effects disappear
Hi, after a big crash I had to reinstall Windows 10 and Vegas 18 pro. All my third party effects such as Boris and Ozone that came with are no where to be found. I download and installed a few times with the same results, can anyone help in finding them?

Thank you Francois,
I spent all morning with on a chat with Boris effects. They say their effects can only be installed on one computer, even if Vegas pro can be installed on two.
As for the audio effects missing, I am trying a new route: I just downloaded a trial version for Presonus studio 6. Maybe working the sound on an audio program will produce a better outcome.
