  • Thin green line on exported .mov file

I found several posts about thin green lines, but none of them seem to speak to precisely my situation. I created a video in FCP X and exported it to quicktime .mov format. I used Apple ProRes 422 codec and a 1280 x 720 resolution. This is the way I usually do it, and then I do the compression using Compressor. When I play the .mov file in Quicktime and on my DVD player, I get a thin green vertical line along the left-hand side of some of my clips – i.e. those clips that don’t fit the entire width of my 16 x 9 video. I have exported numerous videos from FCP X in this way and never encountered this problem before. I even have another video very similar to the one I am talking about (i.e. using clips from the same sources) and there are no thin green lines on that video. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
