    After Effects used to maintain my time indicator position when I went from one comp to another. That is, if I was at the five second mark in comp 1, then switch to comp 2, the current time indicator would still be at 5 seconds.

    Now that’s not happening. Is there a button or preference for that behavior? I’m using AE CS3.

    Check the prefs for “synchronise time between comps” or some such thing.
