    I’m trying to make customized transitions and Filters in FCP X. When I right click on any of them to open Motion, I get the following message:

    “There was a problem making a copy of _____. The file could not be written.”

    What does this mean and how do I fix it?

    I am having the same problem and could not find a fix. Does anyone know what the fix is?
