there arent some presets in my premiere pro cs6
hi
when i was starting premiere pro sc6 i saw that some presets there arent in preset’s tab. for example hdslr presets or red camera presets there arent. there is only avchd preset for hd footages. -

Hi Ali,
Here’s a few options you can try.
#1
1. 1.In Adobe Premiere Pro, choose Help > Deactivate.
2.Sign out of your Creative Cloud account. To sign out in Adobe Application Manager, click your name in the upper-left corner then click Sign Out.
3.Launch Adobe Premiere Pro, which shows the trial screen. Sign in with a different Adobe ID than the one associated with your Creative Cloud purchase. You can create a different Adobe ID using a different email address.

1.Deactivate
2.Uninstall CS6
3.Run Cleaner Tool https://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Who has time to try all of this when there are many reports that it doesn’t work.
What is going on with Adobe.
