I’d like to compare projects/system scope to see if there’s any relationship to my end Steve.
What kind of project – size and complexity…is it something that’s making X chug throughout or is it literally just triggered by a single action.
I’m wondering if there is some relationship between it’s poor RAM management, project bloat, beachballness and the undo bug.

I’m running 10.6.8 and I get the Undo Bug occasionally.

Small Project, Event with 2 hours of rushes and the project was 4 minutes long. No slowdown beforehand, however I did manage to reproduce it today by copy and pasting a lower third, which is exactly where it went wrong yesterday. I’m on an 2008 8 core Mac Pro with 16GB RAM

So when you reproduced it, did it crash and then lose all work to that point?
It’s happened to me, probably not coincidentally, while working once on a graphic and another time while making a color correction.
In another instance (before being aware of this nasty potential) I made a wholesale change to a spot to quickly look at it and then hit undo. Of course after making the change, there was no undo and I lost all of that work.

When the Undo Bug bit me last week I was working on modifying some lower thirds.
