I don’t think so.
I’m with FC 6.0.5 and I get the FC 6.0.6 update and the Prokit when I run Apple Software Update.
I can install the Prokit without installing FC 6.0.6

It does show up as 6.0.7. This is a small update, my guess just bug fixes.

Nice to find you here. I have installed FCP 6.06 on several different machines and they all broke Compressor. Had to reinstall. Maybe this ProKit update fixes that?

Nope, that’s not true Andreas, I have it successfully installed on a non-intel G5.
