Just had to reinstall my computer from a time machine backup and also deleted FCP7 from my system. I just started getting this message when I edit a clip in BorisFx.

“The Boris Factory Settings files could not be found. Please re-install Boris Factory from the CD.”

Kind of seems like I need to reinstall?

Also all of the programs in a very large project I’ve been working on suddenly aren’t linking and I get the “Could not complete your request because the file was not found.” The program files are in the exact same location. Odd though, if I open another old project everything works fine. Not a huge deal as I can just pull the programs into the project again but just not sure what caused that?

Any ideas about these two things?

I recommend reinstalling Media 100. Do you have an installer of your version? If not, I think the Media100 guys can provide one for your software version, in case you don´t want to move to the newest one (depending on your OS and hardware).
