  The best capture card for Vegas 8

  Hi everybody!
  I want some help! Because the new regulations from FCC in the nex week every spot or info need closed captions.
  Sinde 2003 I working with Vegas – 6,7,8 and 9 – and capture/export NTSC DV – 480×720 – via firewire, but this way don’t work cause Digital NTSC can’t export CC. Many editors in my area has the same problem. So, obviously, we need a Video Card Capture for I/O NTSC analog – 486×720 – to can do that.
  I have a Betacam SP 1800. It’s BlackMagic Studio a best choise for capture and export analog NTSC from BTCam to Vegas and Vs?
  Anyone have a same problem?
