“The Application binary file has been corrupted, please restart the system.”
Hello all, we are in the process of updating our Fiber Unity systems to Avid MC 5.5.3.4 with Media Connection Manager 5.3. We’ve been getting the error message “The Application binary file has been corrupted, please restart the system” when opening some of the bins. After the error message, I’ll press OK, and the program will save all the bins and close out of Avid. When I restart Avid, I open the same bin, and works fine. Any ideas on this?
Here are some of the steps I’ve taken already:
-Reinstall Avid
-Reinstall Windows 7, and then install 5.5.3 and patch it with 5.5.3.4
Is this specific to 5.5.3.4? Should I roll back?
