Hi Guys
i have posted this in another forum, but i thought you may forgive me due to the nature of the post.
just a quick note, to say how nice it is that manufacturers take an interest in what happens on Creative Cow.
i was having problems in another forum with my existing raid set up, and after weeks of pulling my hair out and still no closer to a resolution despite the help of people like Bob Zelin (who has been great and is still helping) i still have no resolution.
however in the midst of a depression, a call from John (nudged on by his CEO) at Caldigit with the offer of help brought a smile to my face.
whether it works out or not isn’t the point. The thing is there is a great deal of support through this Creative Cow Forum and this is a big thanks to all of you.

Thanks so much for the kind words Nick! We can get caught up in the frantic effort of keeping all the plates here at the Cow spinning sometimes, and can lose sight of why we do this. Notes like yours are a great reminder.
