    Hi
firstly not sure if this problem is with Avid or AE so I’ll post it on the avid board too.
Hers the problem, I am exporting an 11sec sequence from avid to do some fx work in ae so I export a tga sequence (always worked best for me) however when I import this as footage into ae its only just over 9seconds long.

    composition is
    11sec
    25 fps (working in pal)
    1024×576 (square pix widescreen)

    any ideas?

    my bad!
forgot to reinterpret footage as 25fps as ae defaults to 30
anyone know how to set 25 as the default for image sequences?

If you go to After Effects –> Preferences –> Import you can set up sequence footage fps. Have fun!
