Text/Logo under water
Hi everybody, I’m pretty noob in AE, and now I need to make a video that shows a text with an underwater effect on a solid background.
I need to create something like this:
I don’t want the pool appeareance, but a solid background, like this
I tried the technique of the fractal noise effect on a solid, but I didn’t get what I want.
I also tried with a water footage in diferent blenging modes, but the results were too bad.
The better result I’ve gotten is what you can see on the second image, I got it by aplying CC Drizzle effect on a solid, but I need an effect that seems more like moving water (like in the first image).I’ll really appreciate any recommendation you could give me to get this effect.

You want to use Wave World(multiple effects on different layers, then use a transfer mode to blend them together) and Caustics. Here’s an older tutorial that should get you started: Dropping into Caustics
