  Text — on its side using z axis

  Hi,

  I have Adobe Illustrator CS 6 and Photoshop CS6.

  I have attached a picture to this post. I want to put Text in the middle. I want the text to be on its side. I know I need to have access to the Z axis. How can I accomplish this?
