Text layer disappears when an effect is applied
I have a text layer which is motion tracked to a null object, and is also attached to a track matte mask. As soon as a drag a blur onto the text, even if the blur is still set at zero, the text completely disappears. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Did you try pre-composing the text layer?
