    Hi,

I am needing to put a screen full of text into a video and am having a lot of difficulty. The text reads fine in Premiere Pro and then compresses badly and is illegible in the mp4 format.

I’m using export settings h.264, 704×396, 25frames 300k and am not sure how to improve the quality of the exported image.

I’m exporting the text from a screen I create in Photoshop, as a PSD file.

Thanks a lot in advance if anyone can help,

    Liz

    Hi Elizabeth,

Is 300k a requirement? For a good quality mp4, you would be looking at around 15Mb/s, especially if you have a lot of motion.
