TEXT in IMAGES corrupt. HELP
Hello!,
I am working on a presentation and I am having extreme difficulty with some photoshop files.
When I import the photos (PNG, JPEG, PSD) into final cut, all of them look crisp until I ad a rotation (the client wants them to be a bit rotated). Once I rotate the image, the text on the images (not text created in final cut) becomes extremely jagged. I feel like I’ve tried everything and none of these work:
1. Tried an animation, pro res HQ, Square, uncompressed, and apple motion jpeg sequence. Turned field dominance to “none.” Tried a “square” pixel aspect ration.
2. Converted photos to different formats and experimented (JPEG, PNG, TIF, GIF).
3. Trashed render files.
I’ve exported uncompressed, pro-res, animation, dv – and the text still looks extremely corrupt.
These are going to be presented as quicktime files (not for broadcast).
I am at a stand still and don’t know what to do. It seems like a render/field issue, but I don’t know.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
